I. Services for Guestrooms

Manager on duty
1. The manager on duty service counter is located at the Hotel lobby.
2. The manager on duty assists all operating departments in dealing with complaints by guests and helping guests in talking difficulties. He or she is the first liaison for every unexpected event.

Services by receptionists
1. It is located in the Hotel lobby.
2. Mainly responsible for check-in and check-out and account settlement, etc in relation to the lodging by guests.
3. Responsible for the response to the enquiries by guests, foreign currency exchange, inquiry about urban information and provision of help and assistance to guests.

Protocol Department
1. It is located at the Hotel lobby
2. 24-hour services are available.
3. Guests will be provided with help in carrying luggage, traffic and transport.
4. Moreover, guests will be provided with extensive and overall urban information and ceremonial arrangements such as sightseeing tourism, humanistic information, religions and customs, catering and recreation, reception of guests, greeting guests for attending wedding ceremonies, etc to meet the demands of guests.

Car lease services
The Protocol Department located at the Hotel lobby provides the services of lease of luxurious and professional cars for guests.

Business Center
1. It is located on the third floor of the Hotel
2. At 7: 00-22: 00 every day, guests can be provided with secretarial services, including word processing, translation service, facsimiles, photocopying, ticket service, computer/Internet use and lease, mobile phone charging and postal service.
3. Various newspapers and magazines are provided for reading by guests.

Customer Service Center
1. It is located in the office in the front hall
2. 24-hour services are provided
3. With all telephony services rolled into one, guests are provided with a “one-stop service”.

        Services cover: enquiry of information, air ticket booking, reception and seeing off at air ports, baby sitting service, baby beds, luggage consignment, religious service, coffee and tea, currency exchange, doctor service, special food demands, dry laundry/washing service, flower service, golf cart conveyance service, and wake-up service, etc.

1. Special offer for family members: children under 18, if living with their parents, will not need to pay additional charges if no additional beds are required.
2. Time of lodging: 2pm; time for check-out: 12 noon.
3. The engaged rooms will be kept for you until 6pm except the condition where cost of the room for 1 day has been paid and credit card numbers or guarantee have been provided.
4. Luxurious car reception services are to be provided.

II. Catering Service and Gothic Bars
          Gothic Bar is located on the first floor of the hotel, and the magnificent Gothic Church like buildings will make you startled. Listening to the field music while drinking a glass of specially prepared cocktail wine or other good wine kept for long will also please your heart to the greatest extent. Gothic Bar is an ideal place for you to taste snacks, tea and various desserts.

     Interlaken Coffee House
      Interlaken Coffee House offering all-weathered catering service is located at the beautiful Lake of Interlaken. Being here is as if you were drinking in a coffee shop by an European street. The open kitchen provides you with a variety of classical and delicious dishes, with scents overflowing out of the bread house. With the advice by the bakers, you will be able to choose the superior cakes. Breakfast, lunch and supper is served at the restaurant.

      The Lake Elegance Court Chinese Food Restaurant famous for Chaozhou food civilization, is located on the 6th floor of the hotel, where the scenery of the lake of Interlaken is all in your eyes.       Akihabara Japanese Restaurant with Teppanyaki, sushi, sashimi and various categories of Japanese classical dishes is also located on the 6th floor of the Hotel.       Vista Lago Garden Restaurant   
       Vista Lago Garden Restaurant lies beside the lake as another classical fine works in Interlaken Hotel. The restaurant is surrounded with green trees and flowers, with the design philosophy of aestheticism enhancing the restaurant in a folk style and custom as in Toscana.
        The restaurant boasts two gardenlike deluxe private rooms. Long preserved wine is kept in the wine cellar in a two-storey structure.
