The EAST card is a green smart card issued by East Overseas Chinese Town. A holder can charge the card in advance so that he or she can use it in all service modules within the range pf East Overseas Chinese Town, including scenic spot zones, Interlaken Hotel, Wind Valley Sports Park and Interlaken SPA. The consumption items cover admission tickets, catering, commodities, accommodation, golfing and SPA, etc. In particular, the cards can meet the demands conferences and training organized by corporations and institutions, reception and donation, etc, which will make your travel to the east more pleasant and satisfactory!
Categories of EAST cards
They are classified into fixed value and flexible recharging. The fixed value is RMB2000 per card. In addition, recharging is flexible as required by clients, with the minimum value for recharging by RMB2000 per card.
How to have an EAST Card?
1. Contact the marketing personnel at any division of East Overseas Chinese Town, to whom you inform of the demand for purchasing the cards.
2. Fill in the Form of Application for Purchasing the Card, and sign the EAST regulations and supplementary regulations.
3. Payment by cash or by transfer will be made, and when it is payment by transfer, the amount into the designated accounts will be the basis for the issue of cards.
4. The cards are to be made by the Financial Department of East Overseas Chinese Town. After that, you will be able to have an East Overseas Chinese Town EAST card, through which you will be able to start your green and satisfactory utilization.
Kind Reminder:
1. Engagement in advance will be required for the purchase of the cards. Please contact the personnel at the Marketing Department.
2. EAST will be in the mode of the bearer, with registration of loss not allowed or no supplement in case of loss.
3. EAST can be added value to, but there will be no cashing or refund of balances, when the balance in the card is less than RMB5, East Overseas Chinese Town will recover the card.
4. The validity of the EAST card is one year, and the card will be cancelled when the card expires. The original card may not serve as evidence for consumption at East Overseas Chinese Town. |
